Something cool happened. I copied something my wife wrote about The Pregnancy Center on Facebook and stuck it here on my blog. Within a few hours someone shared it on Facebook and messaged me asking about how she could help volunteer at The Pregnancy Center. I thought that was really cool.
I’ve written about being a giver and how it’s what I want to do, but this made me realize that there’s more I can do than just give. I can promote things that are worth giving to and get other people to give to them too.
I want to make TV. I do make TV, actually. But I want to make more. I want to make kids shows and travel shows and political shows and comedies and direct the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. But right now I’m doing what I’m doing and I’m enjoying it. But there are other people I can support that are doing what I want to do one day. There’s a TV show that I really like called Wretched TV and the producers of that show are making a new show called Life is Best.
Life is Best is a 13 episode production that will be informative about pro life matters.
They Are trying to raise $195,000 to produce this program. That’s really not a huge amount for producing a TV show (Breaking Bad had about a $3 Million budget per episode, in 1998, E.R. coast about $13 Million per episode, Friends cost about $7 million per episode in the final season and Lost’s first two episodes cost somewhere between $10 and $14 million).
At the time of the writing of this post, Life is Best has already started production and is 73% funded.
Take a look at their website, and if you’re able, please help fund this new TV series!
